..are beginner friendly and run on a recurring curriculum. This means that no matter your age, fitness level, desired goals or availability, you will be able to jump right in and learn at your own pace!

Little Lambs (Ages 4-7)
Whether you are a believer or not, we all want what is best for our children. Here in the Little Lambs program we attempt to instill Christ-centered ethics and principals that will follow your child through life. Not only will we teach self-defense against the world, but we will help them be confident in themselves, their faith, and their unique abilities so that they can shine bright in the darkened world we currently are a part of.
Little Lions (Ages 8-12)
The “Little Lions” Curriculum is a step up from the Little Lambs class where the student will continue developing a relationship with both themselves and the techniques. You can expect the class to be slightly more structured with a broader range of defensive techniques than the Little Lambs. We emphasis the importance of respecting others, and that when techniques are applied, they must do so with the utmost restraint so that there are no injuries whether it be in class or defending themselves against a bully.
Functional Jiu-Jitsu
This Functional BJJ course is designed to use the worlds most efficient martial art and apply it to what the "average" person needs it for. If the fight finds you, what do you do? Can you maintain or close the distance appropriately? Do you know how to effectively stop from being thrown to the ground? Can you survive if an attacker is punching and kicking you while your on the ground? We will work through these questions and many more while increasing your heart rate and having a few laughs.
Survival Striking
Women's Self-Defense
The culture of our society has shifted so much that this class is now needed. In this little to no impact class, women will learn not only how to escape hostile situations but avoid them all together. By blending situational awareness, threat assessment, defensive Jiu-Jitsu skills, and a dash of offensive ideas, you will develop the skills to feel more confident in your daily walk of life.
Almost all fights start standing up, so we have implemented a class that focuses on how to efficiently handle those first 30-45 seconds of a fight by using Thai Boxing and European Boxing to stay safe from punches and kicks while using your own body to implement your self-defense strategy. Expect to sweat while conditioning your body in this beginner friendly course!
